    Hello I’ve been meaning to e-mail and thank you. You may remember I had ordered some of your new low-fertility water garden soil to re-build my pond (which had got silted up over the years). However, you weren’t going to have this in time for the weekend when I wanted to do the work, so you sent me some of the cricket pitch soil (which you said was more expensive but you would not charge me the extra) and this should do the job fine. The soil you sent me has indeed worked a treat – it was suitable as the water is lovely and clear, without a hint of the green water or bad smell which can you get if you use fertile soil or tap water. Thanks once again for your help – I am looking forward to seeing the frogs return to breed in about a months time.

    Good morning Very many thanks for the soil conditioner which was delivered earlier this morning. This is the second year that I have ordered from you and it certainly will not be the last. It is so easy to order by telephone and the gentleman who dealt with my order was friendly, polite and made the transaction so easy. True to what he told me, an email came shortly afterwards to say that the delivery would be today and, true to his word, it arrived about 9am this morning. The gentleman who delivered the goods was also very charming and polite and took thoughtful note of where he should leave the delivery, careful not to put the bags in the way of traffic through the side gate or to the garage. Well done Bury Hill! Once more you have delivered the goods in more ways than one! I will recommend friends to you without hesitation.
