Delivery was made at 7.10am. The driver most apologetic about it being so early but that was not a problem. I have only one leg which makes walking, carrying, etc., rather a problem; however the driver manipulated the arm to the closest point by the back gate thus reducing by a considerable margin the amount of walking that I would need to do. The soil itself is very good, fine and stone free. It has filled perfectly one of the two raised beds in the course of construction. Some seeds have already been sown. I propose to order another similar bag in a few weeks’ time when the next raised bed is ready. Very good. Many thanks.

Hello Just a bit of feedback following the delivery this morning as planned. I’d just like to say how good the driver was given that we live down narrow lanes and the access is quite difficult. The load has to be lifted over a hedge and below power lines. He managed brilliantly. He phoned me this morning just to check arrangments and then arrived as planned. It was good to see that my instructions / advice regarding the delivery was actually passed on. Often we have given this information to companies with our order and the delivery driver has not been made aware.

Many thanks for my top soil which arrived on Friday. I was very impressed by the quality. The delivery driver was very polite and managed to deposit the bag exactly where we wanted it. We are using it for raised beds so hope to have plenty of delicious vegetables this year. Would certainly buy again.

Just a quick note to say how pleased we were with our Bury Hill logs delivery. The company was suggested by a friend who has used you for quite a while and was happy to recommend your company. We live on a fairly small residential road in Reigate, which is heavily parked and the driver needed to reverse down the road due to size issues, but did so without complaint. In addition, as I work, I had requested that the driver call me 30 mins before he was due to arrive so I could get home in time. Again he did this as requested. The logs and kindling bags were delivered to our very small front garden in the huge sack and we received this approx 10 days before Xmas. It is now early Feb and despite loads and almost continuous fires, we are still using these logs. The logs burnt/burn very well and the kindling was brilliant, much better than the garage bought equivalent (which I am now using as we’ve run out of yours) I will definitely order again and due to this cold snap, it might be sooner rather than later.
